Denisse first started practicing yoga because she wanted to learn how to relax. Regular and disciplined practice soon brought her many benefits, including relief from persistent back pain. But beyond the physical benefits, Denisse found in yoga an inner refuge, a space of calm and connection to herself.

From the very first class, Denisse was drawn to the transformative power of yoga, and in some ways it could be said that it helped her understand life.

Denisse trained in Vinyasa Yoga, yoga for women at different stages of life: pregnancy, menopause. She then completed her training in yoga for children, which she has taught numerous classes in, and Ayurveda. After her first practice and upon discovering the countless benefits of yoga, both physical and mental, Denisse became passionate about this discipline, which has been a part of her life ever since.
