A sports enthusiast, Gabriel has extensive experience in training people in a variety of disciplines.
He has been a personal trainer for Reebok for almost 20 years and his training covers a range of physical disciplines including Pilates, bothfloor and machines (with qualifications from the Madrid Gymnastics Federation and Reebok University), 1st Dan Black Belt in Sipalki-Do martial arts (18 Korean techniques including meditation), TPI Golf Certified (Titleist Performance Institute, California) specialising in the assessment and physical preparation of golfers and has been a federated polo player for several years. He is currently completing his university studies in Psychology (UNED).
He has over 400 hours of yoga training, covering the 8 steps of yoga and its philosophy, as well as the different styles of yoga. As a sports enthusiast who is always trying to improve his techniques, he has found in Yoga the ideal forms (ethical, philosophical and spiritual) to rebuild, maintain and even improve perfect alignment.
His extensive experience in training students in a variety of disciplines allows him to relate to his students in a way that enables them to become the best they can be through continuous progress.
