Born in Madrid, Miguel spent many years outside of Spain until a few years ago when he decided to return home and focus on his passion: the practice of yoga.

He started practicing yoga more than 7 years ago, with all the “limitations” and “frustrations” of a beginner. But little by little he discovered that yoga was so much more than touching his toes with his hands, and as he progressed with his personal practice, he began to feel the urge to share his passion for yoga with others.

Since then, Miguel has taught in various centres and has been able to pass on his passion for yoga to his students.
