“If I had to choose one word to define yoga, it would be Balance”
“The practice of yoga creates an equanimous, balanced and compassionate state of mind that promotes and enhances an individual’s well-being and helps them live a life of gratitude for all that life has to offer”
Rainelu, or Rai as she likes to be called, was introduced to yoga more than 10 years ago by pure chance, or rather accident. It came into her life at a specific moment and brought a complete 180º change to her life. She found the change was extremely positive and resulted in greater harmony in all aspects of her life.
From that point on, motivated by sheer curiosity to find answers to the practice, Rai pursued a path in yoga, training in various schools. Rai wanted to find answers to everything she experienced, and the more she practised, the more she liked it and the more she wanted to explore.
Today, with more than 500 hours of training, she spends her days teaching different styles in different centres in Madrid. Having studied the anatomy of the human body as it applies to yoga, her main focus is on the movement of the body, with the motto “if your mind is flexible, so is your body”.
A lover of wellbeing and, above all, gratitude for what life offers us, her practice focuses on the correct alignment of the body, taking into account each person’s anatomy, listening to the body and being aware of each movement.
