 Tania’s fascination with the human body as a whole (body and mind), as well as her studies and experience in the health field, define her teaching style, which is very focused on the therapeutic aspect of her practice.

She began her training in the practice and teaching of yoga with traditional Hatha yoga, and moved on to therapeutic yoga, with an inclusive viewpoint and the aim of making yoga easier for everyone, incorporating the necessary knowledge to navigate the different stages and circumstances of life.

Deepening this therapeutic approach and inspired by functional vinyasa and viniyoga, Tania focuses her practice on function rather than form. The history and philosophy of yoga are what guide Tania’s ongoing training process.
